Our genuine enthusiasm in creative design and attention to client’s need have allowed us to produce many successful projects along the years. We value our relationship with clients, which means to us there are no ‘small scale’ projects. We approach all projects as a means of furthering our clients’ interests and objectives, not just as architecture for its own sake. We believe that through collaboration, mutual understanding and effective communication with our client, consultants and builders we can deliver high quality products that complement their surroundings and contribute to the lifestyle of their users.

Philosophy

Although Nic Design Studio is a relatively young design practice, our experienced team is well versed in all aspects of the integrated architectural and interior design delivery process. From inception through to successfully delivering the project in terms of design excellence, on time, on budget and to the required quality. Great emphasis is placed on combining creative master-planning, practical design and an overall integrated design solution, ensuring that users are connected and engaged with the local community whilst being able to maintain their independence and dignity.

Planning

During this phase, we will work to provide a detailed analysis of the project and we will establish project along with our clients.
Listening to our clients and exploring all possibilities is fundamental in ensuring that the design is properly informed.
